Apple paddock artisan preserve - A favourite amongst our customers, and with very good reason. Locally grown red onions are combined with rich balsamic vinegar and spices to create this delicious relish.

Great with cold meats, cheese and added to sandwiches for a touch of sweetness.

A spoonful of Caramelised Red Onion with red wine added to the juices and warmed through after pan frying sausages or liver makes a fantastic onion gravy.
