Beetroot Chutney

Chunky diced beetroot, apple, onion and a blend of spices, create a delicious chutney which is mild but full of the flavour of this often under-rated root vegetable.

This classic Beetroot Chutney is the ideal accompaniment to cheeses, cold meats, pies and quiches.

Try mixing a little in with some greek yoghurt to serve with pitta bread (a kind of beetroot tzaziki) or serving with a grilled goat's cheese and walnut salad.
