We are 'totally cultured’ a small company specialising in fermented foods based in Little Paxton Cambridgeshire, sourcing only the freshest vegetables as locally as possible.
Our yummy and healthful sauerkrauts are small batch made by hand by us and never outsourced. As our products are NOT pasteurised and made by the old way of wild fermentation you can be assured that they are as good for you as they taste.
Jars are 425ml . We will happily recycle the jars and we encourage this as we believe in reuse before recycle
