A dry, Sauvignon-style English white wine. Flavours of elderflower with herbaceous tones and delicate hints of tropical fruit.

 

Tasting Notes:

Mellow aromas of elderflower, melon and pear leads to a lively palate of tropical fruit - pineapple, passionfruit, guava, grapefruit - with a delicate herbaceous finish. The acidity is soft but well rounded. A balanced, juicy, refreshingly moreish wine!

 

Pairing Suggestion:

Delightful with Thai dishes or goats cheese
